Warehouse 72 Restaurant is an exciting new restaurant in a brand-new Hyatt Regency Hotel in Irvine, CA that is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night!

If you are a seasoned leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences the Warehouse 72 Restaurant is the place for you! We are expanding and need an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to join our vibrant team.   • Food Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, including taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Collaboration with Management: Collaborate with restaurant management and other departments to coordinate menu changes, special events, and promotions, and to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food, to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, culinary techniques, and new ingredients, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings and reputation.


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in culinary leadership roles, including experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine. Prior experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and expertise in various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Salary Range: $85,000-95,000 per year
