• Team Leadership: In charge of all aspects of operations, developing future leaders, handling daily cash and payroll, recruitment, inventory, and scheduling. Your leadership and guidance will inspire our team to deliver their best every day.
• Continuous Improvement: Coach and mentor team members to ensure consistency in performance, food quality, team development, and customer service. Your emphasis on "doing things right" will drive continuous improvement in our operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• Leadership: You understand the day-to-day operations of a restaurant and have a proven track record of leadership.
• Customer Service: You pride yourself on your customer service skills and your ability to make people feel at home.
• Adaptability: You can smoothly navigate stressful moments and create a positive atmosphere for the team and guests.
• Problem-Solving: You are solution-focused and resourceful, able to find resolutions to situations quickly.
• Time Management: You can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks without skipping a beat.
