Qualifications:

  • As our ideal candidate, you have experience working in a cafe, bakery, restaurant.
  • You are able to lead, motivate and build teams with your high energy, engaging personality.
  • You model professionalism while demonstrating knowledge of our entire product line and all processes and procedures.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are comfortable with Square POS, Microsoft and Google application suites.
  • You are able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (when needed) and have the energy to be on your feet for extended shifts.
  • You have your food handlers license (or are willing to get one paid for by the company)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front of the house including coffee station, cash handling, customers service, and product handling & packaging.
  • Manage catering orders, from menu planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality service for every event.
  • Plan, organize, and execute bakery-hosted events, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of our coffee program, developing an espresso drink menu and training other baristas.
  • Take inventory and place orders for supplies and ingredients

In doing so you will:


  • Work closely with owners to hire new team members

  • Train, direct and correct team members in all standard operating procedures
  • Create and manage the weekly FOH team schedule.
  • Model and maintain high standards of service and sanitation all the times
  • Model and maintain communication standards with customers and between team members at all times
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Communicate effectively with bakery production staff

Experience:

  • Guest services: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Barista experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Management Experience: 2 Years (Preferred)
  • Food Handlers License Holder (Prefered, or we will support you in rapidlt obtaining same)

Compensation Details

Compensation: Weekly ($1,100.00)
