Now Hiring: A  Bar Prep /Barback team member who is incredibly organized and passionate about preparing the freshest ingredients for infusions, juices, and garnishes that will be used to craft exceptional cocktails. In this role, you will work closely with our Bar Manager and Bartenders to ensure the workstation is properly stocked before and during services.

Requirements:

• 1+ year previous restaurant barbacking or bar prep experience in metropolitan restaurants
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the bar area.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in the safe and efficient use of knives and other kitchen equipment essential for beverage preparation.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
