Job Details

Mission Ceviche is seeking a Maitre D for the opening of their second location. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance their careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of service standards, a professional demeanor, and most importantly, the desire to learn and grow within the company. A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred but not required.

The Maitre D will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the dining room and front desk departments of the restaurant. This position involves planning seatings, identifying VIP guests and critics, coordinating with Captains, and assisting in service.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($27.00) plus tips
