As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by delivering a high standard of service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:• Execute the vision of the restaurant through service and operational excellence
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas
• Receive and resolve customer complaints in a timely and tactful manner to
maintain and improve customer satisfaction
• Coordinate communication between the front of the house and back of the house
• Responsible for ensuring that employees under supervision deliver superior
service
• Help develop the day-to-day operations of each outlet alongside executive team
and uphold the standard (daily reports, cash handling and deposit procedures,
roles and responsibilities, station guidelines, safety protocols, cleaning and
maintenance schedules, side work checklists, opening and closing duties, shift
change outline, injury reporting, etc.
• Ensures all payroll policies and procedures are followed, including management
of timekeeping for compliance and accuracy
• Liaise between managers, customers and staff
• Constant improvement of FOH operations
• Adhere to all relevant heath department rules and regulations, and all customer
service guidelines
• Fosters a collaborative and engaged working relationship with all company
employees promoting a team environment that will lead to a positive employee
experience
• Grow and mentor team through training, development, recruitment, and
onboarding new team members
• Manage inventory and ordering accordingly
• Manage employee schedules
• Enforcing all standards of service
• Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands
• Performs other tasks as specified by management
Requirements:
• 2+ years of fine dining hospitality experience required
• Two years of supervisory experience, preferably within a fine dining or upscale
restaurant
• POS and computer proficient
• Current with all required health and safety certifications as required by the City of
Los Angeles and the State of California
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the
companies needs
• Able to open and close restaurant
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Outstanding service skills

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:• Restaurant is equipped with ventilated air conditioning
• Noise level is moderate to high
• Temperatures vary from hot to cold
• Floors may be slippery due to the nature of the business
• Able to stand for 2-4 hours at a time
• Able to reach overhead and outwards, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, squat
and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds or less
Pay and Benefits:• Pay Ranging - $67,000 – $80,000
