Line Cook Responsibilities
- Report directly to Management and Head Chef
- Interact professionally with your teammates
- Manage daily prep lists
- Keep dry storage and refridgerators clean and organized
- Working service
- Keep up standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness
- Keep your station and uniform is clean and working order
- Open or Close your station to the highest standard
- Additional responsibilities as directed
- Contributions to a family meal
- Occasional heavy lifting
- Deep cleaning
