Limani is in the process of recruiting Servers in preparation for our spring and summer season.  Limani offers weekly pay, health benefits and family meal before the start of shift.  Our Serving Staff works in teams in a Captain / Server positon.  We are not a whole house pool.  Our Captain and Server teams retain the tips they make in their section after tip out to support staff.

Your pivotal responsibilities within this role encompass proactively and skillfully addressing guests' needs, providing comprehensive and engaging explanations of our food and beverage offerings, and efficiently relaying guest orders, along with any specific requirements or requests, to the kitchen staff through our point-of-sale system. The role demands meticulous coordination of food timing between courses, ensuring an impeccable match between completed kitchen orders and the guest's initial order, and providing immediate and suitable responses to guest concerns and requests. Additionally, managing your assigned section flawlessly is crucial.

To thrive in this position, your background should include a minimum of three years in fine dining or upscale casual and a profound passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional service. Distinguishing qualifications include comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, a pronounced sense of urgency, unmatched time management, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with tableside etiquette is indispensable, along with a commitment to longevity in the service industry and an unwavering desire for professional growth.
