Who you are: 

As a Bread Baker, you have a strong passion for bread, technique, and an eagerness to learn more, which comes with the opportunity to build on your skills and grow as a leader in the kitchen. What you’ll do:

• Display a working knowledge of all ingredients, equipment and preparation used in the bread making process.
• Consistently ensure that doughs have mise en place prepped, bread is stocked throughout service and your overall workstation remains clean and organized.
• Effectively participates in a professionally working environment, ensuring excellence in mixing, shaping, baking and communication.
• Maintain a calm mental athleticism while managing heavy workloads and simultaneously taking direction from culinary leaders.  
• Promote teamwork and excellence amongst the kitchen team.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow.
• Help develop and evolve current bread recipes and procedures.

What we need from you:

• 1+ years in a bread baker position at a full-service restaurant, bakery, or similar experience.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.
