Sailor is a lauded neighborhood bistro in Fort Greene, Brooklyn helmed by Chef April Bloomfield and Gabriel Stulman’s Happy Cooking Hospitality.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Bartender who has a deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, and who can apply their experience and energy to Sailor’s bar program. The ideal candidate has organizational and communications prowess to match their creative chops. Bartenders work closely with their colleagues and the leadership team to maintain an organized, efficient, clean, and delicious bar. Everyone is welcome to make creative contributions.
Ours is a bar where guests dine, so a passion for food and an interest in full-service engagement would be in alignment with our style.
Wine is a part of the daily conversation at Sailor. We'll be offering ongoing wine education, and we’d be well matched with a person who has a passion for it.
This is a full time position; weekend availability is a must.
