Job Details
Led by veteran LA and Two-Michelin Starred chef, Josiah Citrin, we are looking for motivated culinary professionals capable of supporting a dynamic chef-driven restaurants- Mélisse and Citrin. The attention to detail and pursuit of excellence that defined Josiah’s landmark Mélisse restaurant for 20 years thrives in these two new spaces. Located in Santa Monica, CA.

-Food Runner


Qualifications:
- Have a high sense of responsibility
- A passion to provide genuine hospitality
- Must have availability to work full time. (Holidays are required)
- Need to be able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment.
- Also need to work well with others as a team-player
- full time availibility
- Cleanliness and organization in workspace is a priority
- Great work ethic
- Experience in fine dining


**Please note, this position requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.**

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.90) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $600
