Oliver's is looking for talented team members who share our passion for exceptional food and service. Founded by a team trained at legendary establishments such as The French Laundry, The Ritz Carlton, and Scofflaw, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic kitchen and front-of-house.

Reports To: Culinary Director & Executive Chef

Summary

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team at Oliver's. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing priorities for the kitchen brigade, ensuring the quality and timely preparation of exceptional dishes, tracking financial initiatives, and adhereing to our standard of operational excellence. Responsibilities

Assist, direct, and coordinate daily production- incuding events and private dining
Accountable for kitchen quality, cleanliness, and compliance
Track P&L initiatives as directed by the Culinary Director & Executive Chef
Direct supervision of training, production, and staffing
Direct supervision of cost control measures including labor, theft, waste, and spoilage
Track R&M priorities and report to key stakeholders
Expedite orders during service, ability to work a station when needed
Mentor all staff members on the Oliver's standard 
Collaborate with the Culinary Director & Executive Chef on menu development
Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Additional responsibilites as needed to support our team

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Team-player mentality with a positive and collaborative attitude.
