Chef Andrew Carmellini and the front-of-house management team are seeking experienced  SERVERS to join them at LEUCA!

**This is an AM/PM position.

Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ideal candidates possess:
*Comfort in a fast-paced, downtown environment.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Flexible availability on nights and weekends.

*Must be able to work breakfast/brunch and dinner.
*Must have knowledge, familiarity and confidence explaining and selling wines and spirits.
*Must have a minimum of 2 yrs experience in a high volume New York City restaurants.
