Job Details
We're looking for a cook to join our pit team. If you have some butchery experience, love BBQ, and want to expand your skills, we want to talk to you!  Learn to trim, season, smoke, slice and serve our delicious meats. 

Full time position. Tuesday and Wednesday 3AM-12PM shift leading the smoke (on our pitmaster's days off). Other days have a later start -- working on prep, catering, meat station on the line, or even food trucks if you're up for it. Reliability, positive attitude, work quality, and flexibility are most important. Based in our Evanston kitchen, with the possibility of spending some time at West Loop and Avondale locations, in addition to Soldier Field kiosk and festivals.

  • Pay starts at $18/hour, depending on experience, with revenue share adding an additional $4-6/hour. 
  • Insurance, PTO, retirement savings, staff meal, dining/catering discounts.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $25.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $175
