Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: $70-85k

DESCRIPTION:
A traditional Italian cuisine featuring local farmers and produce to create an authentic Italian dining experience with a California neighborhood feel is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for providing support in the kitchen during service, upholding and elevating our service standards and providing strong communication with the dining room and private events team. This is a full service restaurant that prides itself on harnessing Italian culture, providing a true neighborhood experience through warm hospitality and generous spirit. Showing love for friends, family and community through food & wine is the heart of our brand and creates a fun and healthy work environment.

- Strong communication & organizational skills with precise attention to detail
- Strong team leadership & development skills
- Ability to hold others accountable for following company standards & procedures
- Participation in weekly manager meetings, financial oversight, scheduling and work towards cultivating a healthy team dynamic
- Management experience preferred
