Frankies Spuntino Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. 

You would be responsible for assisting the Events Team throughout the event
planning and production process. You will manage all incoming inquiries and provide
administrative support to both the Director of Events and the Event Operations Manager. The
ideal candidate possesses a passion for hospitality, is organized, and can multi-task
in a graceful manner.

What You Will Do
  • Respond to all event inquiries within 48 hours, qualifying leads with information about venue specifications, pricing, and availability, and communicate lead information to the Director of Events, updating Tripleseat accordingly.
  • Assist the Director of Events with preparing client proposals, contracts, and maintaining internal documents, SOPs, and checklists.
  • Help the Event Operations Manager with event paperwork, including BEOs, rental orders, floorplans, and timelines, and ensure BEOs are printed and posted for culinary and restaurant teams, with timely updates.
  • Conduct site visits and participate in client tastings as directed by the Director of Events.
  • Collect and verify COIs for all events, and provide hands-on support for event execution as needed.
  • Maintain events marketing materials, including managing the photo library, securing photography usage rights, and coordinating photo shoots.

You Should Have:

  •  Minimum of 1 year of experience in events, restaurant/venue familiarity preferred
  •  Proficient with technology and ability to efficiently use all software platforms required
    for the role including Google Workspace, Tripleseat, and Dolce/Teamwork
  •  Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  •  May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs
  • Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
  • English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
