Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure the highest level of food quality by adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to fulfill guest orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to uphold kitchen standards.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.

• A minimum of 1+ years of kitchen experience in a culinary driven restaurant or hotel. 
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. 
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety protocols.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
