Part of Matchaful

The Matchaful Culinary Lab in Clinton Hill opened on May 28th and it will be the largest space we've been in yet, and it will feature our first dedicated culinary production facility as well as our signature Matchaful Café. At Matchaful, we make all of our concentrates for our creative lattes- such as the beloved ginger zing, secret garden, and cacao dream - in our very own kitchen. Over the past few years, we’ve also expanded our plant-based offerings to include a yuzu donut, vegan soft serve, matcha sunflower butter oats, and matcha sesame noodles…to name a few. Matchaful’s Grain-Free Granola that is now sold in grocery stores was actually developed in our café kitchen. The Matchaful Culinary Lab will be a space for innovation, experimentation, and nourishment! We can’t wait to give our loyal community a window into what we’re doing behind the scenes.
