Job Title: Executive Chef - Mediterranean Concept

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef with a passion & experience developing Mediterranean inspried menues. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of Mediterranean flavors and cooking techniques to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Menu Development:

    • Create and design menus that showcase authentic Mediterranean flavors, incorporating fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients.
    • Stay updated on culinary trends and integrate contemporary techniques with traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
  2. Kitchen Management:

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure the consistent quality of ingredients.
  3. Financial Management:

    • Manage the BOH budget, including food cost, labor cost, and other operational expenses.
    • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
  4. Quality Control:

    • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Implement and maintain rigorous hygiene and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations.
  5. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the culinary team to achieve excellence.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef preferably in a Mediterranean cuisine-focused establishment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
