Position: CDC with Italian food passion and experience

Salary: Up to $90K starting base salary

Other info: 5 night work week (NO lunches), 2 days off every week

 

Dinner only, modern Italian restaurant in North Hollywood area in search of a hands-on CDC.  You will be working closely with the Chef/Owner to maintain high quality standards and oversee the sous chefs and cooks during service.

The restaurant is only open 5 nights a week so you will be working with the same staff nightly, giving you the opportunity to develop the cooks and sous chefs. This position offers creativity and input on all culinary operations.  You will be over seeing the line during service and expected to jump in and cook when it gets busy or for call outs. This is for a chef that still enjoys to actually COOK.  All admin duties are handled by the CDC and sous chefs including ordering, inventory, scheduling etc. You report to the Chef/Owner directly.

 

Looking for a chef that understands financials and systems but most important has the passion to make sure each plate leaving the kitchen is up to the restaurant’s standards.  Offering a base salary up to $90K and future growth as a second restaurant is being planned now.


Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)
