We're a restaurant who believes that indiviuals thrive best when in a space they are supported, respected and treated fairly. We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our growing team! We have a seasonal menu that is thoughtfully sourced with flavors inspired by our diverse backgrounds. We're looking for someone with the leadership skills to help motivate and create a healthy team dynmaic on a daily basis. 

As a tight knit group we're looking for individuals with passion and pride in this craft, who care about being part of a team. We're big on team mentality and creating a familial atmosphere within both BOH and FOH.

The Sous Chef works directly with the Executive Chef to ensure excellence in the kitchen, uphold standards and oversees prep cooks, line cooks and their stations. 
Applicants must have attention to detail, eagerness to learn, grow, and willingness to work within a team.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in similar environment
  • Scheduling, inventory and purchasing experience necessary
  • Understanding of all stations, techniques, product and standards
  • Food Handler’s Card and in-depth knowledge of DOH procedures required
  • A passion for cooking, a desire to create a healthy work environment, and the ability treat people with kindness and respect.
  • Strong communication and organization skills
