Together, they blend classical French training with avant-garde practices to offer a thoughtful reimagining of French cuisine.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years as a pastry production cook or relevant experience.
• Skills: Ability to handle both production and service, working 4-5 shifts per week.
• Expertise: Well-rounded pastry experience including plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking cakes, making ice cream, etc.
• Attitude: Positive demeanor, ability to take direction, and a genuine passion for the food industry.
