Javelina is looking for a General Manager (GM), someone who has at least three years of experience running a high volume front of house at a full-service restaurant. Experience as a bartender and/or server would be ideal as well. This person would be responsible for the overall management of all front of house positions, including scheduling, training, supervising and mentoring. The GM is also expected to handle scheduling for the FOH as well as bar inventory and purchasing and some aspects of payroll.
