We are seeking a full-time Manager to support our GM and Owner in operating Hanoi House.

About you:
- Minimum experience: 2 years managing OR 5+ years in a reputable food & beverage environment in a Server, Maitre D or Bartender role.
- Responsible and reliable. Consistently puncutal and level-headed. Capable of running a shift.
- Engaging with staff and guests. Eager to actively participate in service and make a positive impact on the shift.
- A "Student of the Game" mentality, constantly looking to learn more about the restaurant business, food & beverage trends and ways to improve hospitality.
- Fun but focused. One of those people that everyone looks forward to working with!
About the Role:
5days/week. 8-11 hour shifts. Max hours = 50. Delicious Vietnamese meals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing service
- Scheduling and training staff groups
- Managing, ordering and costing of operating supplies
- Seeking ways to improve quality of operation
