Job Details

Casa Nela is a New York City based hospitality company that operates Bobo, Rosemary’s (three locations), Roey’s, and Claudette. Our mission is to change the world one neighborhood at a time by bringing people together through our passion for food and hospitality. 

The Maitre’d is responsible for instilling a spirit of hospitality throughout the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment and cultivating a high level of return guests. This position will be responsible for the flow of service, maximizing the book and working with the other hosts and staff while ensuring smooth operations. The Maitre’d also has an integral role in championing the Neighbors Program and creating and maintaining relationships with neighbors.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($32.00 - $35.00)

Rosemary's is an Italian restaurant with a rooftop garden serving seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine located in the West Village. Founded in 2012 by Carlos Suarez, it's one of his Casa Nela Restaurants. Rosemary's is named after Suarez's mother and is inspired by her home in Lucca, Tuscany.

Corporate Chef Michael Han along with Chef de Cuisine Chris Caliso serve seasonal, authentic Italian dishes that highlight produce from the rooftop garden as well as house-made pasta and focaccia.
