40 hrs / 5 days a week. (Closed Sundays /Mondays ) 

Flavor forward, vegetable desserts are what we do. If you're interested in helping our Pastry Chef serve the most unique desserts in NYC, this is the place for you.

This is a PM service and plating position. We are seeking reliable, experienced, professional candidates. Fine dining experience prefered. 

At Dirt Candy, we want our PM BOH staff to know every aspect of our food and our kitchen. Looking for an experienced pastry assistant who is excited to learn and do a little bit of everything.  This position includes: plating, creating, prep, and food running. Must be willing and excited to communicate with customers, explaining our menu table side.
