Caviar Russe, 1 Michelin Star restaurant, is looking for Captains, Bartenders and Back Waiters to join the team at our flagship restaurant on Madison Ave in NYC. Located in the heart of Midtown, we offer two distinct dining experiences, The Bar & Lounge and The Dining Room. The Bar & Lounge offers caviar, raw bar, and bites in a relaxed and refined setting. The Dining Room features our Michelin Starred tasting menu in an intimate and elegant setting. Both spaces feature extensive Champagne, high end French wines and signature cocktails.
This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance their career. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fundamentals of French food, wine and service standards as well as a professional demeanor and, most importantly, the desire to learn and potential for growth in the company. Each candidate must be able to multitask and pivot from Bar and Lounge service to Dining Room service. Previous experience is a must with 3 years minimum in fine dining.
Previous fine dining experience is a must for all positions. Flexible shift options are available.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,500
