Job Details
Bar Lou is looking for a General Manager (& Floor Manager)  focused on providing exceptional guest experiences. An ideal candidate is a gifted, intelligent communicator with an innate sense of hospitality & the ability to multitask, possessing a genuine passion for keeping a welcome space for guests & staff alike. Our team is composed of individuals who care about hospitality, culture, food and beverage. If you thrive in a high-energy, professional, team-based environment, we would love to hear from you.

  • 2 years previous management or leadership role experience. 
  • Spanish & English speaking is a plus. 
  • Basic understanding of Excel
  • Basic understanding of POS Systems
  • Basic understanding of Resy or equivalent to 
  • Minimum 2 years required Years of Experience
  • Compensation 75-85K
