**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. **Duties:** - Lead and manage kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences - Create and execute innovative menus that meet and exceed customer expectations - Oversee food production, including banquet and catering events - Maintain inventory control and ensure food cost targets are met - Train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices - Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen **Skills:** - Proven experience in a similar role with expertise in banquet, catering, and food production - Strong inventory control skills to manage costs effectively - Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage pairing - Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary arts - Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment - Experience in menu planning to create diverse and appealing dishes - Culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus If you are a talented Chef with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($125,000.00)
