rVr Prep Cook:
rVr is a craft oriented, Japanese Izakaya, utilizing the gifts of California’s small farmers. Opening soon in Venice, we are looking for talented and experienced Prep Cooks to support our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. The Prep Cook will assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in preparing ingredients and performing basic cooking tasks in preparation for the restaurant's service. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for culinary arts, has previous experience in a professional kitchen, and is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience. We believe that a kindhearted team who stays sharp and engaged has maximum fun during service and will always strive to make rVr a dynamic place to work. Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $30.00)
