employee behavior and staff morale, establishes and implements departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures. Candidates must be fluent in up to date health department regulations and in labor laws.
Restaurant Manager is responsible for all facets of the operation including the quality and profitability of the restaurant. Restaurant Manager ensures that all personnel and system functions efficiently, the business achieves budgeted profit levels and employee morale is maintained at a high energy level.
