FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF to join our team. This is a general restaurant position that is responsible for guest service and satisfaction. Significant prior restaurant or customer service experience is not required, but is a plus. We are willing to train someone with a good work ethic and customer service skills.

Summary of PositionThe Front of House consists of several different job roles related to providing a memorable guest experience. Those include Traffic Greeter/Food Runner, Cashier, Host, Busser, Bag Assist and Expo. When hired for Front of House you will be trained on one or all of these positions based on needs and skill level.
Traffic Greeter/Food Runner
- This role is responsibe for greeting cars as they pull up in our pick-up lane and gathering order info to pass on to Expo. You will then will bring the final food order to the guest's car and ensure the order is correct with the guest.
Cashier
- This role is responsible for greeting dine-in guests, walking them through any menu questions, taking their order and processing payments.
Host
- This role is responsible for greeting Dine-In guests and arranging seating either inside or on the ourdoor patio spaces. Repsonsibilies would also include checking in on guests and answering any questions they may have while dining. Shared responsibilities would also be bussing tables and getting them ready for the next guest.
Busser
- This role is reponsible for clearing tables and getting them ready for the next guest. Other reponsibilities include keeping the dining room area clean and tidy, checking bathrooms on a regular basis, making sure dining room items are fully stocked, and taking out the garbage from dining area.
Bag Assist
- This role assists the Line in the final packaging of guest orders and transfers them to the Expo team. This positiion would also help out where needed during slower times.
Expo
- This role is responsible for organizing packaged guest orders for take-out and delivery. They take info from the Traffic Greeters then put the orders in their final bags ensuring orders are complete and hand them to the Food Runner who brings the order to the guest's car. This is a fast-paced position that requires extreme focus and organization.
Requirements
- Must be available to be scheduled for shifts between the hours of 10am-10pm Tuesday through Sunday.
- Must be on time and dependable.
- Weekend availability is mandatory. No exceptions. This is when we are the busiest.
Qualifications
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Fluency in English is required for the FOH positions.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Shifts can last anywhere from 4-10 hours, but breaks are provided according to company policies and state laws.
- Work well in a team environment and be willing to communicate regulary with other FOH staff to accomplish a common goal.
- Food Handler's Certification is a plus and will be required once hired.
