Librae Bakery is looking for a professional, detail driven pastry cook and baker with experience in sourdough production, laminated doughs and other bakery items to join our team!
This job requires you to work alongside our baking team to efficiently scale, mix, portion, shape, proof, and bake-off multiple types of breads and pastries. You will also be expected to produce garnish, fillings, and sauces for our ever-rotating seasonal pastry menu
Qualifications:
-work experience in bread making, proofing and dough mixing
-work experience with laminated doughs
- ability to work efficiently and multi task in a fast-paced environment
Daytime shifts only, early morning availability a must! Option for full or part time.
