Fausto’s market-driven menu offers elevated yet approachable dishes, emphasizing locality and seasonality. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Garde Manger to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, committed to high standards, and values collaboration in bringing our vision of exceptional food and hospitality to life.

Position Details

• Part-time position
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
• Additional prep shifts available upon request

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in casual or fine dining)
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down your station in line with our standards
• Prepare ingredients for daily service and weekly prep
• Maintain the highest quality standards for all menu items
• Carry out opening and closing duties as needed
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 6+ hours
• Assist with any other tasks as directed by the management team

Compensation: $20–$22/hour
