THE SALT LINE BALLSTON IS LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE CHEF!

The Salt Line Ballston is looking for a highly qualified Executive Chef to take over the kitchen lead at our well established and succesful Ballston Salt Line location.

Building on the tremendous success and established following of The Salt Line (DC), Long Shot Hospitality opened its second The Salt Line location in the bustling and up and coming Ballston neighborhood in October 2021. The Salt Line #2 opened to immediate success and high praise and accolades from press and guests alike. In its initial 2 1/2 years it has become recognized as one of the premier dining locations in Northern Va and established itself as both a Ballston neighborhood staple and greater Northern VA dining destination.

Long Shot Hospitality is a DC based team of veteran DMV restaurant professional committed to providing signature dining experiences built around world class food, ambience and hospitality. The group currently encompasses three The Salt Line restaurants (Navy Yard, Ballston, and Bethesda), Dauphine's in the heart of downtown DC, and the newest concept Ometeo which opened December 2023 in Tysons, VA at The Cap One Center. 


Ideal Executive Chef candidates will have a proven track record of succesful kitchen leadership and management, strong culinary foundation, and a genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to guest experience and satisfaction. The position will be expected to embrace and maintain our signature brand culinary components while also bringing their own perspective and creative culinary element to the menu in order to make it their own.
