A Sicilian native, he set off for the United States back in 1989 fueled by the same “American Dream” that over the years had enticed countless Sicilian families. The first years in New York were spent as a diamond cutter in a pretty aseptic environment. Eventually, merry memories of his childhood made him think that his passion for food had something to do with the Italian heritage and he sensed a desire to relive it and share it with others. Which better way to recall our traditions and our culture than food?Today, as President of Realmuto Hospitality Group, he boasts more than 15 years overseeing culinary concepts, menus, and management with his trademark personality and care. His core values celebrate the Italian and International cuisine while focusing on the integrity of ingredients and recipes, and especially focusing on excellent service and presentation.
