Requirements
- Preparing ingredients for various dishes, including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
- Good knife skills
- Assisting with the preparation of appetizers, salads, and desserts
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- Supporting the cook(s) as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
