Job Details
A Front of House Manager is expected to:
-Work closely with the other FOH and kitchen managers to oversee service, train staff, communicate with the kitchen team, and handle administrative tasks
-Lead by example at all times
-Guarantee product quality and service standards are maintained at all times
-Collaborate with the entire management team, corporate team and ownership to develop, implement and execute restaurant priorities
-Help to hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively, and take corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
The right candidate is exceedingly dependable, puts forth a great attitude, and is looking to both learn and grow every day.

Starting salary is $60,000+, based on experience.
