Foxface Natural is a 3-star NYT awarded intimate fine-dining restaurant in the East Village. We pride ourselves on our unique sourcing, frequently changing menu, welcoming team environment and constant attention to detail.

We’re hiring for a Daytime Kitchen Manager who will be responsible for:

• daily kitchen organisation
• leading daily prep operations
• meat and fish butchery
• pasta program
• fermentation program

Option to rotate into the evening line cook rotation in the future.
Experience in fine dining restaurants required.
Experience with wood fired oven a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs if necessary
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
• Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant
