Pascual is a new Contemporary Mexican restaurant centered around a wood-fired hearth, heirloom corn, and local, seasonal ingredients. Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, Pascual is the latest collaboration between family-owned restaurateurs, The Popal Group, and award-winning chefs Isabel Coss and Matt Conroy. Since opening in February, we've been named the number one best new restaurant in the DMV by the Washington Post and one of the hottest global restaurant openings of 2024 by World’s 50 Best.
