L’Ardente is looking for a floor manager to join the team! As a Floor Manager at L’Ardente, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. You will lead our front-of-house team, oversee the dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of the guest experience. If you're a dynamic and experienced manager with a passion for hospitality and a dedication to creating memorable dining experiences, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make weekly schedules for employees and communicate that with all employees
  • Facilitate team-building activities
  • Delegate to staff but facilitate and cultivate an inclusive and respectful work environment for staff and guests 
  • Communicate with culinary team and other heads of departments when necessary
  • Ensure the productivity of team members in both back and front of house 
  • Greet and accommodate guests requests 
  • Ensure service standards are top-notch 
  • Find room for improvement in all aspects, especially service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and adhere to safety and hygiene standards and procedures 
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
