Father’ Office seeks management candidate:

Our Company: Father’s Office is a gastropub by chef Sang Yoon focused on pairing the worlds best craft beers with great food. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced AGM to play a pivotal role in our future development. We take pride in being a company of great depth with a focus on cuisine, ambiance, and exceptional service.

Who You Are: We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, possess a strong background in day-to-day operations, and professionally uphold and maintain our standards of food, service, and hospitality. Self-driven, motivated, and goal orientated individuals need only apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, financial performance.
  • Liquor, Beer, and Wine Orders.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of managerial experience in the food service and hospitality industry.
  • Managed Bar Program, deep knowledge of Beer/Wine/Spirits
  • Versed in P-Mix and P&L reporting.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Critical eye towards improving processes and systems.
  • Professional demeanor, appearance and floor presence.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (Toast, Focus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and Food Handlers Management Certification.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
