Who You Are: We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, possess a strong background in day-to-day operations, and professionally uphold and maintain our standards of food, service, and hospitality. Self-driven, motivated, and goal orientated individuals need only apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, financial performance.
- Liquor, Beer, and Wine Orders.
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of managerial experience in the food service and hospitality industry.
- Managed Bar Program, deep knowledge of Beer/Wine/Spirits
- Versed in P-Mix and P&L reporting.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Critical eye towards improving processes and systems.
- Professional demeanor, appearance and floor presence.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (Toast, Focus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and Food Handlers Management Certification.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
