A new wine bar & dining establishment by the team behind Palm City Wines and Top Chef alumni Chef Robert Hernandez are looking for seasoned line cooks to join our team as we continue to grow. Experience with a seasonal and rotating menu is a plus. If you like working with good folks in a fast-paced environment while making quality food and learning about tasty wine, this is the spot for you.  

Job Requirement:
- Able to work in a small collaborative team

- Creative and passionate about food

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail 

- Ability to multitask and remain calm underpressure

- Great listener and able to follow directions 

- Set up a workstation in an efficient, organized, and timely manner. 

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
