Salem, South Carolina

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at our fine-dining restaurant and high-end retail shop. As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests and ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation in our menus.


- Develop and curate upscale menus that reflect the sophistication and elegance of our establishment, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends to delight the guests.

- Lead and inspire a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration in the kitchen.

- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food purchasing, inventory management, and cost control, to maintain profitability without compromising on quality.

- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment for our staff and guests.

- Collaborate with the management team to conceptualize and execute special events, themed dinners, and promotional activities that showcase the culinary prowess of our establishments.

- Implement efficient workflows, streamline kitchen processes, and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

- Stay informed about industry developments, culinary techniques, and emerging food trends to continuously elevate the culinary offerings at our fine dining restaurant and retail shop.


- Proven track record as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-end culinary establishment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team of culinary professionals.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and a deep passion for the art of cooking and food presentation.

- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage trends, ingredients, cooking methods, and flavor profiles.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

- Proficiency in kitchen financial management, including budgeting, cost analysis, menu pricing, and profit optimization.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $115,000.00)
