Job Details
Zou Zou's is hiring a SOUS CHEF to join the team at our exciting, live-fire Eastern Mediterranean restaurant led by Executive Chef Juliana Latif. Conveniently located inside bustling Manhattan West within the Pendry Hotel.

Zou Zou's is a lively and modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant from Quality Branded. We offer a menu inspired by and celebrating the cuisine and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean region, bringing in influences from Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, among others.

Ideal Candidates will have:
  • at least 1 year experience in a Sous Chef 
  • at least 3 years kitchen experience
  • high volume and fine dining experience is strongly preferred

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
