Job Details
Pavé NYC, a Bakery/Cafe located on heart of Midtown, New York, is looking for an experienced Baker/Assistant Baker to join our team!  Minimum one year of baking experience in a professional environment is required and two+ preferred.

You will work intimately with our Chef Jonghun Won, who is the mastermind behind this project.  It will be an incredible opportunity to learn the arts of pastry and baking in a nurturing environment.

We are looking for individuals looking to learn and grow with us. 
We are looking for an early riser (5AM-1PM) to join our crew.
We are closed on the weekends.
We expect bakers to performs all the duties of a baker/cook while always maintaining high level of standards and hygiene working in a professional kitchen.

Chef Won hails from South Korea, with a background in theology. He has honed his skills in numerous fine establishments such as Jungsik Seoul as the original Executive Pastry Chef, ultimately leading to uprooting his family to New York to open Jungsik New York, which won 2-Michelin star honor during his tenure.
A graduate of CIA (The Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park), Chef Won concurrently works as the sole proprietor of La Tabatiere, located in Closter, NJ. It is hailed as one of the best bakeries in Northern New Jersey.
