Job Description:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine, while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining and drinking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, glassware, and ingredients.
- Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and policies.
- Monitor and manage the bar's inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in creating and updating drink menus.
- Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends and mixology techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, or similar setting.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-energy environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating quality drinks.
- Responsible beverage service certification (if required by local regulations).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
