Bartender & Front of House Service Team Member.

We are seeking someone who: 

  • is a self-managing and detail-oriented person
  • is passionate about spirits
  • is an accomplished mixologist capable of creating and maintaining both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are on brand and use local seasonal ingredients
  • is a Mezcal, Tequila, Mexican liquor, wine and beer nerd
  • has excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • can stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • keeps the bar organized and clean; responsible for weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
  • is not above any task in the scope of our space
  • is generally in a happy  state of mind and wants to create great results
  • takes direction well
  • looks to work with a tight-knit team and wants to contribute positively to the work environment
  • is clean and organized - both presentation-wise and professional attire
  • is detail-oriented and eager to take on more responsibilities if needed
  • values excellence and creativity
  • truly enjoys creating a positive guest experience
  • loves making guests feel welcomed and builds loyalty
  • welcomes each customer as if they were guests at their own home, echoing “Mi casa es su casa” (My home is your home)
  • greets guests with a smile without encouragement
  • shows customers to their seats
  • feels confident and secure enough to handle even the most challenging customer with poise and excellent service or knows when to request assistance.
  • able to learn and understand details of Acopio’smenu as explained to educate guests and advise on the food and drink choices and be able to answer questions
  • observant of the expediating  station and customer pacing 
  • experience in up-scale restaurants preferred
  • delivers food and drink items to customers
  • takes orders via the point-of-sale ticketing system. 
  • attends to the tables, takes orders, and delivers them deftly and accurately
  • checks on the quality of the final serving and plating
  • busses and clean tables
  • High school diploma; Food Safety training and RBS certification
  • complies with all food and beverage regulations
  • Spanish a plus
