Requirements include:
-- A positive attitude towards fellow employees
-- A close attention to detail and cleanliness
-- Flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends and holidays)

Duties/Responsibilities include:
-- Oversee opening side work and ensure dish room preparedness
-- Safely and efficiently clean and polish silverware, plateware, and glassware
-- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work space
-- Return cleaned and polished utensils to the dining room
